Dr. Ida Nourbakhsh
Dentist/Owner
Dr. Ida was born and raised in Holladay, Utah, and graduated from Skyline High School. She later attended graduate school at the University of Utah, where she met her husband, Nick, while he was pursuing his PhD. Together, they have a son, Nima, who keeps them busy and brings endless joy to their lives.
Coming from a Persian family, Dr. Ida values the importance of strong relationships, hospitality, and caring for others—qualities that naturally carry over into the way she cares for her patients.
Outside the office, Dr. Ida and her family love to travel and make it a goal to visit a new country each year. Of all the places they have explored, Eastern Africa has been their favorite destination so far, thanks to its incredible wildlife, breathtaking landscapes, and unforgettable experiences.
Dr. Ida enjoys building meaningful relationships with her patients and creating a welcoming environment where they feel comfortable, heard, and cared for. She is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles and strives to make every dental visit a positive experience.
Brooke
Office Manager
Brooke is a Draper native and has been a dedicated member of the dental field for over 20 years. As our Office Manager, she brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and a genuine passion for helping both patients and team members navigate the often-complex world of dental insurance and billing. In fact, if there’s a question about insurance benefits, claims, or account details, Brooke is the person to ask!
Outside of the office, Brooke enjoys spending quality time with her daughter, Hadley. Together, they love exploring Utah’s beautiful trails on horseback and making lasting memories outdoors. Known for her attention to detail and love of all things numbers and insurance-related, Brooke proudly embraces her inner “billing nerd” and is committed to helping patients maximize their benefits while making their dental experience as smooth as possible. Her friendly personality, expertise, and dedication make her an invaluable part of the Dentique Dental family.
Shantell
Hygienist
Shantel’s journey in dentistry began at just 16 years old, and over the years she has worn nearly every hat a dental practice has to offer—everything except drilling on a tooth! With more than 30 years of experience as a dental hygienist, she brings an unmatched level of knowledge, skill, and compassion to every patient she cares for.
Known for building lasting relationships, Shantel has patients who travel from near and far to see her. To her, patients are more than just appointments on a schedule—they become like family. Her gentle touch, genuine care, and dedication to oral health have earned the trust and loyalty of generations of patients.
When she’s not helping patients achieve healthy smiles, Shantel loves spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoys traveling the world, exploring new countries, and experiencing different cultures. Her warmth, experience, and passion for people make her an invaluable part of the Dentique Dental team.
Chelsea
Hygienist
Chelsea is a Utah native with 24 years of experience as a dental hygienist and a true passion for patient education. She believes that understanding your oral health is the first step toward achieving a healthy smile, which is why she takes the time to capture detailed intraoral photographs and walk patients through exactly what she sees. Her goal is to help patients feel informed, empowered, and confident in their dental care.
Outside of the office, Chelsea enjoys cheering on her sons as they compete in dirt bike races and supporting her daughter as she grows a thriving nail salon business. Her dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to helping patients better understand their oral health make her a valued member of the Dentique Dental team and a trusted partner in her patients’ care.
Haley
Front Office Admin
Haley was born and raised in Ogden, Utah, and has been working in the dental field for over 12 years. As one of the friendly faces at our front office, she loves helping patients feel welcomed and ensuring their experience is smooth from start to finish. Outside of the office, Haley enjoys spending time with her 16-year-old son, Riley, and can often be found cheering him on at his volleyball games. Her and her partner Cade also have a farm full of horses that keep them very entertained and busy. Haley’s cheerful personality, warm smile, and kindhearted nature make her a joy to be around. She genuinely loves getting to know our patients and helping them feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door, making Dentique Dental feel like a welcoming place for everyone.
Maria
Assistant
Maria is a Utah native who has been a dedicated dental assistant for over 6 years. Passionate about patient care and helping others achieve healthy smiles, she is currently pursuing her education to become a dental hygienist. Outside of the office, Maria enjoys expressing her creativity by designing beautiful flower bouquets and custom décor for birthdays, weddings, and other special events. Her warm personality, attention to detail, and genuine care for others make her a valued member of our team and a favorite among our patients.
